No. We do not add glutamate to our products.

No. All Zerbinati products are GMO-free.

No. All Zerbinati products are free from preservatives, in keeping with the applicable regulations.

Once opened, soups, creamy soups and side dishes can be stored in the refrigerator, ensuring that the packaging is tightly closed, and must be consumed within one day. Once opened, individual Burger’Z packaging can be stored in the refrigerator and must be consumed within one day.

Our products are designed and prepared to be consumed fresh, and therefore freezing them is not recommended. Although there are no contraindications, we cannot guarantee that the product’s properties (nutritional values, taste, flavour and aroma) will remain unchanged after thawing.

As our products are fresh and contain no preservatives, they must be consumed by the “best before” date indicated on the packaging.

Yes, all the packaging materials used for our products are recyclable and can be disposed of through separate waste collection.

Fresh salads are the only gluten-free products in our range, and can be consumed by people with coeliac disease. Soups, side dishes, vegetable burgers and most of our products contain no gluten, but, as stated on the label, the presence of traces cannot be ruled out. Accordingly, these products CANNOT be consumed by people with coeliac disease.

Yes, all our ingredients are of Italian origin and come from different regions, depending on the season. This is to ensure fresh, high-quality vegetables all the year round.

Yes, they are carefully washed and dried. So there is no need to wash them, they are ready for dressing!

In the microwave: remove the bowl from the cardboard box (NB: the cardboard box cannot be placed in the microwave), remove the protective film with a knife and heat the product in the microwave at maximum power, following the instructions on the packaging.

In a saucepan: remove the bowl from the cardboard box, remove the protective film with a knife, and heat the product over low heat until it starts boiling.

In an air fryer or in the oven: place the contents in the air fryer basket or on a baking tray lined with baking paper and heat at 200°C, for 6 minutes in the air fryer or 8 minutes in a preheated oven.

In the microwave: heat the product, with the tray, at 800W for 2 minutes.

In a pan: heat the Burger’Z in a non-stick pan for 3 minutes per side.

In an air fryer: pour the contents directly into the air fryer and heat at 200°C for 8 minutes.

In the oven: place the contents on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.

In a pan: heat the Crockburger in a non-stick pan with hot oil for 8 minutes, flipping it frequently.

In the microwave: pierce the protective film and heat in the microwave at 800W for 1.5 minutes.

In a pan: pour the contents into a pan and heat them over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. (If you want to, you can also add water to your liking to heat up the product most effectively!).

Yes, we only use parboiled rice from Piedmont in our risottos. We prefer using local ingredients, and, in fact, most of the rice fields are in Piedmont.
