More than 50 years ago, Ferdinando Zerbinati founded a small produce company with a revolutionary idea: fresh minestrone soup packaged in tubs. Today, Zerbinati has more than 180 products and is a leading company that continues to propose new recipes that appeal to everyone’s taste.
Today, alongside Giorgio Zerbinati and Maria Luisa, are Simone Zerbinati, General Manager, and siblings Gianluca and Valentina.

Since 2007, our commitment and professionalism have been recognised with the IFS certification, which attests to our compliance with strict health and hygiene standards; the BRC (British Retail Council) certification, which certifies company strategies in the agri-food sector and establishes common principles for accessing large-scale distribution; and the BIO certification, which guarantees that products are made from raw materials grown through organic farming methods.
